Good Shepherd Community Church

David became pastor of Good Shepherd Community Church in November of 2004. Since that time, God has given a vision of community and the church has experienced the beginnings of a new revival. We believe God to do great things in 2010 and give a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the coming months.

Prior to becoming pastor at GSCC, David and his wife Ruth headed up Jubilee World Missions in the country of Nicaragua. They traveled in the US as missionary/evangelists, sharing a message of renewal and awakening as well as the mission of Jubilee. In 2000, Jubilee started a Christian school (Colegio Cristiano la Esperanza) in the garbage dump (la chureca) of Managua that today feeds, clothes and educates more than 350 children.  In addition Jubilee supported and provided leadership for several pastors and churches.

In 1996 David and Ruth founded Iglesia Hispana Asamblea de Dios in Lynchburg, VA and served in leadership there until 2000.

David and Ruth have been married 17 years and have two children, Alan and Matthew.
